A Riyadh flooring contractor with a single obsession: the finished surface
Concrete & Epoxy Flooring KSA was formed by site engineers and finishing foremen who were tired of floors being treated as the last item on a programme. Today we deliver structural slabs, power trowel finishes, epoxy systems, screeds and roof works across the Kingdom.
Our story
Built on repeat work, not marketing
Most of our projects come from facility managers and main contractors we have already worked with. That only happens when the floor still looks right two winters later.

How we work
Specification first
We start from the loading, chemical exposure and cleaning regime, then choose the system — never the other way round.
Safety on every pour
Method statements, PPE discipline and traffic management on live sites are part of the price, not an extra.
Finish obsession
Flatness, joint layout and edge detailing are inspected before handover, because those are the details clients live with.
Straight pricing
Fixed rate per square metre with or without materials, and no surprise variations once the scope is agreed.
Process
From first call to signed handover
Five stages, each with a named point of contact and a written record.

Site survey
We measure levels, assess the substrate and confirm access and power.
- 02
Specification
Slab thickness, mix design, reinforcement and finish system are proposed in writing.
- 03
Preparation
Sub-base compaction, formwork, mesh, shot blasting or grinding as the system requires.
- 04
Execution
Pouring, power trowelling or resin application by the dedicated crew for that trade.
- 05
Curing & handover
Controlled curing, joint cutting and sealing, then a documented inspection walk.
